Return Policy

If your order is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect; please notify us within 3 days from receipt of package. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect item(s) at no additional cost to you or a refund, which ever you would like. Take as many pictures as possible; damage to box, inside contents, packaging materials and damage of product. All packages and packing material must be saved, including all damaged, defective or incorrect items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, less the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. It takes us roughly 3-5 business days to process the refund once items have been returned.  All clearance items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

A return authorization number is REQUIRED, please email or call 815-608-5098 authorization number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by us.  All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging in new condition.  If they are not in the original packaging, a store credit will be issued with a 25% restocking fee.
